• Merchandise returns are subject to review and will be accepted by YennyCocq LLC only with prior return authorization.
  • The customer will be responsible for return freight unless the merchandise was found to be defective or a shipping error occurred.
  • Any defective merchandise or shipping errors must be resolved within thirty days from the date of shipment. After thirty days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Please note we will refund shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error.
  • Returns that are not a result of our error are subject to a 20% processing fee.
  • Items that were custom ordered or custom engraved are not returnable or refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned merchandise.
